Come hike along a portion of the Trans Canada Trail, Canada’s longest trail network that stretches from the Atlantic to the Pacific. The section we have chosen follows the mighty Chilliwack River to a beautiful clearing where will practice our yoga over-looking the rushing water and soaking in all of the energy that surrounds us.
This is a quick hike with a gentle practice suitable for all levels to start your day off right.
