"Tween" Yoga at Studio b - April 26, 2018 - May 31, 2018

This is an introduction to yoga for ages 9 to 12. The program will include the basic yoga postures, recovery, stretching, breathing, calming/centering, group and solo activities. 

Every fitness and experience level welcome. Yoga for young athletes has been proven to help with breathing, flexibility, strength, confidence, balance, concentration, endurance and injury prevention and reduction.
