This introductory yoga class is designed for children 2 - 5 years old. We will practice child friendly poses, breathing techniques, yoga games and activities. Daisy's philosophy is "for children to experience yoga through intentional playfulness and fun". Yoga has proven benefits for children such as improved balance, body awareness, confidence booster, mindfulness and increased concentration.
This program runs from April 16, 2018 to May 22, 2018.
