This introductory yoga class is designed for children 5 - 9 years old. We will practice child friendly poses, breathing techniques, yoga games and activities. Daisy's philosophy is "for children to experience yoga through intentional playfulness and fun". Yoga has proven benefits for children such as improved balance, body awareness, confidence booster, mindfulness and increased concentration.
This is a 10 week program running from January 9th - March 13th, 2018.
Class times are: 3:15 pm to 4:00 pm
Tuition: $150 before January 1, 2018 and $160 after.
